Viability

This functionality allows semiautomatic delineation of scar regions with possibilities of manual interaction. Infarct transmurality or scar volume can be plotted in a bullseye plot. Lately the viability detection was improved with a weighted detection of infarct. Using this algorithm the bias and variablility was not statistically different from manual observers [E Heiberg et al, Radiology, 2008].
