Support
Over the years Segment has gone from a simple research tool, to a large project for medical image analysis.
With the commercial version of Segment it is possible (and recommended) to have a maintenance agreement that includes free upgrades and support. If you have a valid support contract then send your support questions to support@medviso.com.
The time for supporting the research only version of Segment is limited. However, we encourage all users without mainentance to if you have any questions or problems please submit them, and we will let you know if your problems is of enough priority to be supported. It may be likely that your issues are important also in the commercial version and will be fixed if they are reported. Limited support will also be given during evaluation period of the software.
