ROI analysis

There is extensive support to perform ROI analysis. The user can create unlimited number of ROI's, color and label them freely. There are also functionality to automatically place ROI's inside the myocardium or the blood pool.

You can plot and export mean intensity, standard deviation within the ROI, area of the ROI, maximum and minimal signal intensity.

It is also possible toperform histogram analaysis as shown in the example above. For more details see also flow related ROI analysis.
