Limitations

Limitations

• MPR does not use true image positions and thus it is not possible to afterwards check resampling plane.
• Crop and upsample slices not implemented for image stacks containing general segmentation objects. Workaround upsample/crop before activating general segmentation tool.
• Loading images with velocity encoding in 2 or more directions is only supported for Philips images.
• Exporting coordinates of annotation points currently only export coordinates in Segment's internal coordinate system.
