Segmentation of general objects

This module is used to delineate general objects in anatomical images in 2D+T, 3D or 3D+T. The algorithm is based on a ultrafast levelset algorithm. The user interface is shown below. It is also possible to store and perform logical operations between objects. The resulting segmentation can be exported as a STL file (a format that can be read from several CFD meshers and also by rapid prototyping machines).
